BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Local residents lined the route from I-5 to Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham as a procession returned the remains of Pfc Jack-Ryan Ostrovsky Monday evening.
The 21-year-old Sehome High School graduate was one of eight Marines and a Sailor who lost their lives in a training accident off the coast of California July 30th.
The procession arrived in Bellingham from Sea-Tac Airport at about 8 p.m.
A public memorial service is planned Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Squalicum Boathouse.
