Charges filed in September allege Putman is also licensed as a home care aide and came to provide massage services to a patient in January when the incident occurred.

Putman also allegedly removed the patient’s covering, without consent.

The National Provider Identifier web site lists Putman’s practice address as a condo on Darby Drive.

His credential has been suspended.
