WHATCOM, SKAGIT COUNTIES, Wash. — There’s good news in store for commuters taking public transportation: Skagit Transit is restarting commuter routes next week, and WTA will resume its regular bus service Sunday.

From Skagit County, express commuter buses will depart as early as 4:45am for Everett and 6:45am for Bellingham on weekdays.

Everett trips will connect with light rail and buses to all major towns in Snohomish and King counties.
