INTERSTATE 405, Wash. – The wife and son of a member of the Whatcom County Council survived a serious car crash with only minor injuries on Monday.
Mundir Sidhu, wife of Satpal Sidhu, posted on her Facebook page that she and her son were driving on I-405 when their Honda CRV was rear-ended, causing it to roll several times across four lanes of traffic.
She said they were lucky that traffic behind them was able to stop, and they escaped with scratches, pulled muscles and some glass shards in their skin.
She thanks a higher power for protecting them.
