BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A High Wind Warning is in effect until 4:00 PM for San Juan County and western Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
Strong northeast winds could gust up to 50 MPH in spots today.
The National Weather Service forecasts winds to hit the hardest in Bellingham, Sandy Point, Lummi Island, Friday Harbor and Anacortes.
