Winter weather advisory and flood watch continue as winds die down

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — County residents may not have to worry about wind so much now, but there is flooding and snow to deal with.

The Mount Baker Ski Area is expected to get another 4 to 10 inches of snow and is under a Winter Weather Advisory until 6:00 PM on Friday.

Meanwhile, multiple Washington counties, including Whatcom and Skagit, are under a flood watch through Saturday morning at 10.

The National Weather Service predicts any flooding to be minor.
