BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A noisy bird led to an arrest last week in Bellingham’s York neighborhood.
Police records state a witness called 911 after someone in a trailer pointed a gun at them Wednesday morning on Iron St.
The suspect was arrested and explained to officers that she was aiming for a bird that was being loud outside her trailer.
She did not know that the witness had seen her point the gun out the window.
42-year-old Jill Fox was not taken into custody, but faces a brandishing charge.
