TRI-CITIES, Wash. (AP) – A Tri-Cities woman pleaded innocent to allegations she caused the death of a toddler she was hired to care for last year.
The Tri-City Herald reports Jocelyn Bellon is accused of manslaughter for the death of the 2-year-old.
She was alone with him when she called the mother, saying the he was choking.
The mother then called 911.
Doctors say the boy had a skull fracture and blood in both eyes caused by significant force.
