BLAINE, Wash. – A woman likely jumped from a Blaine freeway overpass earlier this month according to investigators.
The State Patrol says Angela Hampton was probably trying to kill herself when she leapt off the Hughes Avenue bridge.
Hampton is still in serious condition, but is expected to survive.
The State Patrol doesn’t expect she’ll be charged with a crime.
