BLAINE, Wash. — Construction continues on the Birch Bay Berm project this week.
Work will be occurring in the waterward shoulder of Birch Bay Drive between 7pm and 5am Monday through Friday.
Crews will be excavating for manholes near Evergreen Lane and the Bay Breeze restaurant as well as importing gravel from Beachcomber Drive to an area just north of Bay Breeze.
Drivers should prepare for minor travel delays.
