WSP seeking owner of kayak found on I-5 in Bellingham

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol has your kayak if you lost it along I-5 in Bellingham over the weekend.

Trooper Jacob Kennett tweets that the neon green craft was found out of water on the shoulder near Ohio Street.

He says they’re holding the kayak for the owner, but didn’t say whether they might be ticketed for an unsecured load if they claim it.
