UNDATED (AP) —The Pac-12 is known as the Conference of Quarterbacks, and this season a lot of the attention is falling on USC’s Sam Darnold and Washington’s Jake Browning. Washington State’s Luke Falk and UCLA’s Josh Rosen are rightfully getting attention, too.

Falk enters the upcoming season poised to rewrite the Pac-12 record book. The senior needs just 2,700 yards passing and 28 touchdown passes to overtake the all-time Pac-12 lead in both categories. He has passed for nearly 11,000 yards already in his career.

KPUG edit: The Pac-12 football season begins Saturday with Oregon State at Colorado State and Stanford battling Rice in Sydney, Australia. The Washington Huskies open their season September 1st at Rutgers on KPUG 1170AM & 97.9FM. The Washington State Cougars host Montana State in their opener September 2nd on KBAY 930AM & 98.9FM.
