BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Whatcom Transportation Authority is looking to make use of its old Vanpool Vans.
WTA is urging community groups to apply online to receive one of three retired vans through its Community Van Grant Program.
Eligible organizations must be nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation or government agencies who provide a valuable community service.
WTA says the 12- and 15-passenger vans are still in good working order.
