LYNDEN, Wash. — A new type of public transportation is coming to Lynden next year.
Whatcom Transportation Authority recently received a federal grant to try out a brand new type of public transportation.
Riders will be able to hail a ride in a WTA van with a mobile app, telephone or website.
WTA says the service is scheduled to launch in March 2021 and they have launched a short survey for Lynden locals to help them sort out the details.
