BELLINGHAM, Wash. — WTA’s “Roadeo” champion is headed to state.
Jonathan Taylor is the Whatcom Transit Authority’s 2019 bus driving competition winner and will compete at the state meet on Sunday in SeaTac.
The competition tests skills like pre-trip preparation, securing a wheelchair passenger and guiding a bus through several skills courses.
If Taylor makes it into the top three at state he’ll compete against the best in the nation at the National Bus Roadeo in Louisville, Kentucky.
