BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Western Washington University was still working as of Monday night to fix a phone problem that causes roughly 1-in-5 calls from off-campus to fail.
Since last weekend, people calling campus phone numbers have had intermittent issues where the call will ring continuously without going through or going to voicemail.
Western urges people to call 911 if they can’t reach University Police, and if they can’t contact the WWU Counseling Center, to instead call the Community Crisis Line, at 1-800-584-3578.
