BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Western Washington University assures the community they are investigating after a post circulating on social media accused a student of sexual misconduct and violence on multiple occasions.
Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services Melynda Huskey says they take these allegations seriously and the Equal Opportunity Office is contacting people who have shared information for more details.
While the university can’t release any information on the student, Huskey says the student is not attending classes, working on campus or living in university housing.
