WWU men’s hoops picked to win GNAC

The Western Washington University men’s basketball team has been picked to win the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in the pre-season coaches poll.  Western received 6 of 11 first-place votes to finish ahead of second-place Seattle Pacific.

The Vikings open the season in California taking on Fresno Pacific Friday, Nov. 8th.

The Western Washington University men’s basketball team has been picked to win the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in the pre-season coaches poll released Tuesday. The Vikings received 7 out of 10 first-place votes.

Alaska Anchorage finished second. Seattle Pacific is third.
