Western Viking softball pitcher Anna Kastner threw a no-hitter in California Sunday leading the Vikings to a 10-0 win over Cal State East Bay. Kastner, a junior out of Fife High School, struck out eight and walked one. The game was at the Concordia Kickoff Classic in Irvine.
It was the Vikings first win of the young season after an 0-4 start.
