BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Western Washington University student was arrested on suspicion of felony second degree rape early Saturday.
A university spokesman says the alleged rape happened in Nash Hall.
The 19-year-old suspect from Burien was released from jail on $20,000 bail.
He’s been evicted from Nash Hall and trespassed from all university housing.
The school isn’t identifying him at this time.
