BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Western Washington University continues to stress pedestrian safety.
Western’s Central Health and Safety Committee and actors from the Theatre Department will stage two simulated transportation accidents on campus Wednesday between 11:45 A.M. and 12:15 P.M.
The committee says the exercises will be staged but there will be fake blood on actors.
A recent day-long ticketing campaign aimed at jaywalkers on campus was not well received and University Police refunded fines some students had paid.
