BELLINGHAM, Wash. — There’s another option for free WiFi in Whatcom County.
The Whatcom Family YMCA is offering families free wireless internet access this fall to help with online learning as schools remain closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
You can reserve a free 1 hour 45 minute spot in one of their so-called “Y-Fi” zones at the Bellingham YMCA.
Parents or guardians must remain in the zone with kids the entire time and masks are required.
