With great plans for an amazing 2020 tulip season, five friends bought Skagit Valley’s Tulip Town, known for their beautiful blooms that attract a plethora of visitors each year in April. The coronavirus pandemic threw a wrench in those plans and Tulip Town had to readjust. With no visitors allowed on site, they got creative to find ways to share their flowers with the community. Tulip Town’s CEO joins Tessa on the KGMI Afternoon News to talk about how they made this season a success.
