Homelessness is a chronic and growing problem in Bellingham as it is in so many communities. Jim Peterson is a Bellingham man who works with a non-profit that helps the homeless, and he decided he wanted to experience what homeless people go through. He set out to live on the streets for a week, and he talked with Joe and Alex on the KGMI Morning News.
