In the first half of the show ABC’s Kenneth Moton reports on the current situation with Trump’s replacement health care law.   Despite not  having enough votes in the senate to pass the new health care law, Trump remains optimistic.

In the second half of the show Dave Vandehoff joins the program to talk about a proposal being considered by the City of Spokane. The proposal would ban oil and coal trains from passing through the city.  Hear the full discussion in this edition of The Morning News with Joe Teehan and Alex Gray.
