“Neither Wolf nor Dog” is a new film about Native American culture. It’s opening at the Pickford Film Center on Friday. The film stars Lakota Elder Dave Bald Eagle, who was 95 during filming. Director-Producer Steven Lewis Simpson says working with him was an incredible experience.
