President Donald Trump is vowing a crackdown on underage vaping. His administration announced a proposed ban on e-cigarette flavors – flavors largely used by teenagers. The move comes amid an outbreak of breathing problems across the country tied to vaping. Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar says the Food and Drug Administration will develop guidelines to remove all e-cigarette flavors from the market, especially those favored by children. New data suggests more than 24% of high school students use e-cigarettes. No clarification yet on when the enforcement may go into place. White House Correspondent Steven Portnoy joins the Morning Show to address the proposed ban.
