The Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center is launching Safe Spaces, a program that helps provide a new avenue for community members to bring complaints to the City of Bellingham. They help those who feel unable, unwilling, or previously unsuccessful in reaching the City. The program even allows participants to stay anonymous while submitting complaints.
