The Max Higbee Center offers inclusive recreation programs to teens and adults with disabilities in Whatcom County. They recently found a large space in downtown Bellingham that will allow them to accommodate more people and expand programming. Executive Director Kait Whiteside joins Tessa on the KGMI afternoon news to talk all about the Center.
