OLYMPIA, Wash. — The State Patrol has arrested a suspect in the hit-and-run near Olympia that critically injured a 10-year-old boy.
Investigators located a van they say hit Isaiah Bermeno on Highway 101 on Sunday.
They believe Irven Jacobs was the driver of the van.
Isaiah is at Harborview Medical Center and his family says they don’t expect him to survive his injuries.

Troopers apprehended Jacobs on Wednesday afternoon after he called detectives to turn himself in.
He was booked into Thurston County Jail and is charged with felony hit-and-run.
